Leadership, Experience, Opportunity

Finally ended my term as the secretary of Leo Club SMJK Nan Hwa… It’s been a year, certainly a memorable one.. the community service, school service, project organizing, finding sponsor etc.. Those were the things i wouldn’t have encountered if i wasn’t a Leo…..

Before being a Leo, I would have freak out if you were to call me to talk in public.. I still do get nervous at times, but not that bad anymore..

Our 1st community service, that was the project i love the most! the children smiles was absolutely priceless! (wrote about it in here last year)

Or the time we really got lectured bitched for good.. Well, it’s all part of learning.. We are suppose to learn from mistakes right? Not to forget the unforgettable experiences that helped to built up my self-esteem, character bla blah..

Anyway, last Friday was our 11th installation.. as usual, it started off kinda monotonous.. However, it was fun during foot loose.. Guys asking girls “May I?” But, i was utterly disappointed with the song selections.. they could have done better..

Kah Jun personally requested me to be the photographer for the event.. chey… it made me busy clicking all evening… and thanks Tiff from the pic.. ^.^

Congrats to Kah Jun ( the president) and i wish you best luck in bringing up the club for fiscal year 2008-2009..
